The staff is always always ALWAYS so kind and welcome you by first name . You don't sign in . They know who you are. This time I had to have a new filling to replace my old. Dr. Upshaw was amazing. He made sure that I was comfortable during the entire procedure. I have referred my adult family to Creekside. They all love the care they are given.
I was there for 4 hrs. 🙀. I had two crowns and a filling ...but dr. Upshaw did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable. I knew it was going to be a long appointment going in so I had not planned anything for the day..I iknow Dr upshaw and his assistant were tried too. Creekside Dentistry is a great place for dentistry. Always a good experience.
I was referred here by my current dental insurance, having to change from my previous dentist due to a new job. The front desk associates were very welcoming & accommodating & the dentist was very thorough. I took my two daughters there for their 6 month cleanings & they both talked about how great their experience was on the way home. There are televisions on the ceiling so you (or your children) can watch t.v. while getting a cleaning. This was a great distraction for my 5 year old. In & out in an hour.
Everybody is always nice and is like one big happy family! I have always been treated with kindness and respect.

Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival and they helped with my paperwork. . The office environment was very nice and modern in appearance. I was diagnose quickly and a plan of action was determined before I left the office. Costs were discussed a they gave me a referral for a specialist I needed to see. I will now be coming here on a regular basis for all my dental treatments.
The staff at Creekside Dentistry are always very friendly and professional. Mitzi did my cleaning and she was very gentle and did a great job. I would definitely refer someone to this dentist office
The staff at Creekside Dentistry is the best! We never dread going to the dentist becaue they make it such a positive experience. We have been patients of Dr. Koehler for over 25 years and have never been disappointed in the service we have received. We saw Dr. Helton this visit, and we were very pleased. He was kind and thorough......kind of like a "young" Dr. Koehler. All the staff go above and beyond. That's why we still drive the 45 minute drive to come to Creekside Dentistry.
