You do cater to anxious people with calm courtesy.
The staff is awesome and very friendly. We recently took our son in on short notice for toothache issue and they didn't charge us for the visit.
After all these years (40+) I doubt there is much about my dental health that Dr. Khoeler doesn't know about me. I am a devout coward when it comes to pain. (I used to tell him that I would rather go back to VietNam than to go to the dentist . . .) I can honestly say after all these years that I don't think he has ever hurt me, something that I can't say for every dentist I have seen over my life. This is my first visit to Creekside after a recommendation from a friend. I must say I was not disappointed. From the warm welcoming greeting provided by the receptionist, to the magnificent dental checkup provided by Gretchen, my visit to Creekside was top notch. I have been a patient at Creekside Dentistry since they opened. The staff is always professional, and they take me back for my appointment promptly. I am always confident in the great care I receive there.
I can't remember a shorter visit. Appt was for 10AM. Finished at 10:15AM
Broke front tooth around 11ish. Had a appointment at 1:30 . Very Thankful. Impressive staff.
