Amazing service from start to finish. Was very easy to get an appointment and their communication was perfect. Oliver was very nice and polite when meeting for the estimate and the follow up call with Dixie was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend East Side and will recommend it to many other people. Thank you!

Wonderful experience. Last time I had to do a MPI repair it was so tedious and difficult, the repair shop even lost one small part and told me they will take care of it but never did. I thought it was like this for every repair shop but ECR proved me wrong!! At each step of the repair they sent me a message, it was easy to have a rental as they took care of contacting the rental company themselves, they are courteous and professional and they don't make you feel stupid for asking question!
