This place ain’t worth two dead flies they had my mom wait for hours to just draw out blood and then have her wait more for the doctor to call her for results
I attended an appointment to accompany my grandmother because she forgets to ask specific questions concerning her health. Today we met with Dr. Leija & I was beyond disappointed in her lack of care, empathy & knowledge of my grandmother’s health history. Showing up late is one thing but to take personal calls in your exam room while your patients have been waiting for 15-20 mins to be seen is so unprofessional. Constant long wait time, 9 out of 10 visits you'll wait a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour past your scheduled time to be called to the back. Then you can expect another minimum half hour wait before the doctor comes into the exam room. The staff gaslighting regarding the waiting is beyond frustrating, they will literally shame you for speaking up or leaving before you see the doctor. Definitely would never recommend this office if you value your time because these people sure don't care.
