Excellent service experience. Vehicle was in and out quite quickly considering the work that was needed. Dave the advisor very professional. Customer shuttle was quick to pick up, and friendly. Will be returning.
Customer service is excellent up to receiving the vehicle. Vehicle was delivered with several (4 or 5) paint chips that had not been mentioned by the salesman. They were repaired well but still noticeable. There was also yellow road paint on the passenger side which is very noticeable on a white vehicle. All 4 tires were also 25% under inflated. All small annoyances but not what you expect from a new vehicle and the dealership did absolutely nothing to remedy these issues. Once its gone they dont give a rats uncle whats wron... read more
The worst experience here. 谈好了价格付了定金，立刻就坐地起价要我们多付6000的cpo checking费。可能觉得车价标低了赚不到钱？我们来回去了车行三四次为了看车买车，最后一会儿说因为二手车不允许5.49的低利率一会儿说是学签不给批一会儿又说是cpo车检没批，总之就是车行觉得价格低了不愿意卖了。只能说很不诚信。感觉的到sales人很好 极力为我们争取了好的deal，经理真的很垃圾
I had almost the exact experience as Atahan Turk. The difference being my issues still are not resolved and I still do not have a satisfactory solution from the dealer. Do not recommend. Ironic they claim to be the number 1 in customer satisfaction in canada....
