They lock the gates at 9:30pm. And renter have no access to their storage after that time until the morning. So we cannot bring our boat back to store it after a long summer day on the lake, even when the sun goes down at 10pm. Strange to not have 24/7 access to our storage. Not disclosed clearly when signing the contract. Update: gate has been broke for several weeks and has stayed open sacrificing security. Despite this we are getting ANOTHER price increase. Friendly management … storage facilities are clean and maintained very well
Storage works great for my intended purpose. Keeps my boat protected from the elements.
We were the first people to rent the new remodeled storage. So naturally we had a clean concrete floor. Owners are very nice. Owners are quick to get the doors where they stayed open.
