Great food! Love the menu variety, especially the shakes. Excellent service. Everyone who works there is kind and very patient during some of their busiest of times. Love how the business gives back to their community. My son picks up and takes his grandma a hamburger and fries on a regular basis.
Had been wanting to visit for years and finally did when we visited WA from California. I actually prefer this place over In&Out. It was made fast, everyone's order was perfect, the staff were nice, and there was an awesome dining area. We loved the TARDIS.
Best burgers around! I've been a past raver of frisko freeze, frugals, and pick quick in Tacoma/fife but I like big toms better. Not a fan of the goop to dip stuff in, but everything else was great.
We love Big Toms! The staff is always friendly and very nice to us. The kids love the ice cream shack because they can play while waiting for our food or treats! Our favorites are the dirt cups and the ice cream sandwiches!
