Yoga studio in Austin. I love the yoga instructors and atmosphere at Eastside Austin. Since they also teach Jui Jitsu, kickboxing and crossfit they know what kind of yoga best helps you recover from those types of workouts. I highly recommend EAE for yoga.
This is the best gym for CrossFit, MMA, Kickboxing and Yoga. The instructors are very knowledgeable and motivating. I love to go anytime I'm in Austin.
Eastside Is a great CrossFit gym not to mention I love access to all the other services they offer like Yoga, Kickboxing andOlympic Training. I suggest taking advantage of their week free program to test it out and see if it is a good fit for you personally. I know some gyms are a personal thing and Eastside fits me perfect.
