Lived in this amazing community for years with my partner and no complaints besides having to move out for my next chapter in life. It’s really a little community where I know my neighbors, always safe, and clean. +Lee & Raul rock always responsive and say hi when out and about. Pros: Modern place, responsive maintenance, quiet, plenty of street parking, location location. Cons: Spa is not always hot & no bike racks/parking/storage.
Moving back to Eastside Apartments has been such a wonderful experience, all thanks to Lee! She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and welcoming for both me and my dog, Kiwi. Lee has an incredible gift for creating a warm sense of community, and she truly made us feel right at home—just as she did when I first moved here in 2018. There’s a reason I chose to come back to Eastside, and it’s largely because of Lee’s dedication and kindness. She’s truly one of a kind!
Lee was beyond helpful and attentive in finding me the right unit. Just moved in last month and love the community. Great people, clean grounds, well maintained. No issues, totally positive experience so far! Would recommend.
I lived at Eastside for 4 years and had an incredible experience. The property manager Lee is the best and would take care of any need that I had. It is super clean, quiet and feels like a brand new apartment. Highly recommend.
I would not recommend this property. I moved into Eastside Apartments at the beginning of 2017. At that time, it was a very quiet property with reasonable rent for the size of the unit. I was a very happy tenant. But as time went on, my experience living here continually went down here. Unexplained utility increases. Unaddressed Airbnb in the unit next to me. Increasingly loud and disruptive neighbors. And continually increasing rent that was far above average. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking to get act... read more
