5 Star Review: I moved to Eastside Apartments after selling my 4th home. I've only ever rented from The Irvine Company, in between R.E. purchases and this little gem is not like The IC at all. Charming beyond measure, hardwood floors, farmhouse sinks, neighbors that celebrate dog birthday's together. Our Property Manager, Lee Bishop has become a friend to all that meet her and Raul and his staff go above and beyond, to ensure our homes are taken care of. Affordable (for the Eastside). A tight knit community feel. Repairs are done well and in a timely manner. Coffee shops, gyms, and restaurants all within walking distance. We love living here.
Lived in this amazing community for years with my partner and no complaints besides having to move out for my next chapter in life. It’s really a little community where I know my neighbors, always safe, and clean. +Lee & Raul rock always responsive and say hi when out and about. Pros: Modern place, responsive maintenance, quiet, plenty of street parking, location location. Cons: Spa is not always hot & no bike racks/parking/storage.
Moving back to Eastside Apartments has been such a wonderful experience, all thanks to Lee! She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and welcoming for both me and my dog, Kiwi. Lee has an incredible gift for creating a warm sense of community, and she truly made us feel right at home—just as she did when I first moved here in 2018. There’s a reason I chose to come back to Eastside, and it’s largely because of Lee’s dedication and kindness. She’s truly one of a kind!
Lee was beyond helpful and attentive in finding me the right unit. Just moved in last month and love the community. Great people, clean grounds, well maintained. No issues, totally positive experience so far! Would recommend.
