I take 6 healthy puppies up there to get their tails and claws cut and within an hour of being home one dies. Tell vet gives me 4 different excuses on why it could have died then tells me he don't know if the mama had been out to use the bathroom or had been fed but USUALLY they take good care of nursing mothers. He then proceeds to tell me that they gave test for worms and I got charged for that when she has just been checked two months ago and they didn't call me to ask. Excellent care and service! Dr. Dawkins and Dr. Leman are very knowledgeable and caring veterinarians. My Abby is nearly 13, and Dr. Dawkins has been very helpful with many of the issues of a senior dog . She recently had to spend the night, and I received updates on her progress that night and the following morning. I have six dogs (five rescues) and the vets, techs ,and staff have been very helpful with many of their issues.
Have been invaluable to us & our furbabies. We raised a litter of 6 feral kittens in 2013, with their help. I will never forget everyone's kindness, nor ever use another veterinary service. Happy birthday, Dr. Dawkins!
Vet technician Sara cleaned my chihuahua's teeth today. Not only did her teeth come out beautifully clean, but I could also tell they had taken great care of her. She showed no signs of stress or being upset despite her being away from home all day. Thanks to Sara and the rest of Eastside for taking great care of my baby.
Took my furbabies in today and was so happy with the excellent service. They really cared about my two dogs. So so pleased. Lilith and ginger can't wait to come back and see their new people friends.

Absolutely no customer service skills at all! My aunt has been a client with them for 25 years. Gave her 3 different stories on when her dog was to be cremated. We miss Dr. Chapel!
