I had an oil change 7/15/18 at 2:32pm at your Eastpointe station. This was my first time, even though its down the street from me. There was NO customer service from one of your employees. He also talked down to me when I asked a question again. When I asked him about his nonexistent customer service, his excuse was that he was hot. Really? We all were, but customer service brings customers back. I WILL NOT go back to that station. You need to survey your employees before you have no business.
