Management is hard to get ahold of and will not take care of problems that have existed since move in. Good luck trying to get anything fixed or dealt with. They do not value your privacy or time and will come to your apartment unannounced. They promised me a newly renovated apartment and I got stuck in one that hasn’t been updated in years. Would highly not recommend living here.
I’ve recently moved into a studio at Eastpoint Townlets and I absolutely love it so far. It is a lovely community that is pet-friendly and in a safe neighborhood for walking. Everyone in the office, particularly the community manager Jordan, has been incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Out of the three DTN communities I’ve lived in, this has been the only one where I’ve felt like I’ve been treated like another human. Terrible! One of the worst living experiences of my life. Management company never made us feel at home. Within a month they were demanding we sign a new lease. When we refused (more on why in a second) they immediately opened up our apartment for showing. They only told us THAT they were showing our apartment, not IF. Repeatedly, they charged us for things that were not the case. In one instance, they said that we owned a dog (both of us are sadly allergic.) This apartment complex has been great so far. Quite neighborhood, friendly neighbors and pet friendly! We had a couple issues with our apartment and the maintenance staff was quick and went out of their way to fix our bathroom that was having a ton of issues. They even re-tiled our shower and redid the flooring after everything was fixed!
