Matt and the team at the Mercer location are second to none! The service department is always fast, and they get the job done right the first time! We have purchased multiple new trucks from them and take all of our repair work there, and will be continuing to use them in the future! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!
John and his staff have been like family for over 20 years. I have relied on them and their professionalism to continue our towing adventure. From service, parts, or beautiful new trucks, they have it all!!!!
I bought a truck from then a little over 2 months ago, and have since put about 14K miles on it. It was a little scary purchasing a used truck that is 14 years old, but they assured me that the truck was road ready, along with suited to start towing when I left the lot. The customer service was great through the whole process, and they were very accommodating considering it was a 3 hour drive. Top quality all the way. I just picked up my new international rollback this past Tuesday and am beyond impressed with it. This is the 2nd new one I've purchased from John and we also have a new f550 ordered from him as well. John definitely builds a top quality truck.
