Avoid any of the practices in this group with offices in Lake Norman and on Latrobe as well. Their practice is set up to intentionally make sure patients cannot contact their providers. They will not answer the phones and make contacting anyone there incredibly difficult. Appointments will be changed with no communication to you as the patient, absolutely no regard for the patients they treat.
