Five Stars for Atrium Health Women's Care Eastover OB! I've been a patient here for several years, and my experience has consistently been nothing short of amazing. The entire team, from the administrative staff to the nurses and, of course, the doctors, is truly exceptional. My Doctor and staff are so professional, kind, and genuinely make you feel cared for and heard. This level of personalized care is why I've stayed with them for so long. Highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Charlotte area!
I’m not the one to leave reviews.. but this is so far the worst service I have experienced. I don’t understand why is it so hard to pick up the phone and call to let me know the appointment was wrongly scheduled… instead I have to waste my time going there for them to tell me they offered me an early appointment but was the wrong one. Then I go back to re schedule the appointment back to it’s original date and time… now they schedule me in the most absurd way Possible. Very nonchalant, very idgaf.
