Before you even think about it just know that they’ll use premium lots with no neighbors in the back to lure you in, even when they know they’re not available to try to push you to a crappy lot afterwards. We worked with Aly and she lied about having to fill out the prequal in order to reserve our home, which we didn’t need to do, so we didn’t reserve it. The escrow closed on my new Taylor Morrison Easton Park 50 home in February 2026. From start to finish the Taylor Morrison team was highly skilled, eager to provide an excellent and easy experience, and worked together perfectly. I truly have never had a better experience with any company. The quality of my beautiful home is exemplary. I have told many people about my respect for this company and the people who built my home.

I started a new home construction with them with an estimated completion of March 2023 and its way past that and the during the last visit, the build was not up to standards. Broken windows in several locations, different cabinet colors than selected at design center, different appliance colors than expected. Overall, not worth the price point. Local builders offer better builds at a much lower price point. I highly recommend avoiding Taylor Morrison at any cost.

Local builders offer better builds at a much lower price point. I highly recommend avoiding Taylor Morrison at any cost.
