very happy with dr. craig been going for years. my last visit there was a problem with the bill and the young girl at the counter was very condescending. that left me a little upset especially since i found the problem and they didn't charge me enough on my prior visit. (didn't understand why 2 back to back visits for 2 cats same thing cost different) most wouldn't have said anything i did and i get lectured from a 20 something year old.
I can only say good things about my experience with Easton animal hospital and staff. Dr Nankman was compassionate, caring and also extended her personal words of sympathy to us in a mailed card. She knew of the attachment with our daughter Catrina who also has since passed on. Today our other daughter, Niki, picked up her ashes and they also made a sweet slate plaque with her paw prints. Great people in my book!
Always quick to get us in and very professional. Staff genuinely care about our fur babies.
Yesterday my baby max had a medical emergency got us right in no problem I can't say enough about the Dr's and staff have been using them for almost 20 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else so caring when I had to send my snickers over the rainbow bridge 7 years ago Dr Craig layed on the floor and cried with me I for one don't no how they could do it everyday breaking thier hearts except one thing the love for animals thank you so much for saving my max he is my life
You took our newly (under two weeks) rescued/adopted puppy Keisel in as a new patient on a Saturday for an emergency with broken teeth! You fixed him up physically and is emotionally! We were impressed with the Doctor and Staff! Thank you so much! Keisel will now be a regular patient!
