Worst animal hospital ever. I think all they see is dollar signs walking though the door. Everytime I go there I have an issue. One time I had to drive all the way home to get my dogs paper work because they "didn't have it on file" how is that even possible? How did they see him the time before that then?!? So I had to go back home to get it before they would see him. Then I call for another appointment and I get there and they tell me we don't have an appointment? Are u kidding me?!? I can't imagine another animal hospital could have such wonderful caring people on staff. My husband and I have been going there for many years......in happy times with new pets and sad times with pets crossing over the rainbow bridge. I always feel like they treat us like we are their only customers. Dr. Craig was so wonderful and caring when we had our last days with Kittybee and Pookie. Their “doctor” misdiagnosed our Maltipoo’s lymphatic cancer for several months as an allergy. By the time we realized these people didn’t know what they were doing and brought our dog to a real vet, our Pickles became too sick to save even with chemo. The incompetence of Easton Animal Hospital cost our boy his life.
I had to put my cat down after 19 years & it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. The nurses & doctors were so caring. I couldn’t have asked for a better vet.
Dr. Titcher is WONDERFUL! took little Taco there and she found heart failure. He is 14years plus 1 month. Had a hard life before we treated him like he was in Paradise. He got his beige color back ( he was white before we helped him). Fed him fresh cooked chicken, veg's, cottage cheese, potatoes and whatever we had left over. Plus taste of the wild kibble, he has blossomed. Unfortunately, his heart is not well. Meds, love and good food....hopefully he will be with us for 5 more years.
