This is one of many good reviews I will write about the Easton. We recently were alerted of a water pipe leaking that affected water access for the entire building. The water leak began early in the morning and residents were alert immediately of the water problem. They had a maintained crew onsite immediately and we received updates on their progress throughout the day. Unfortunately, the water had to turned off for a majority of the day and into the evening. One of my favorite properties in Knox/Henderson. Good vibes from the staff and residents, walkable to restaurants and competitive prices make for a winning combo. The manager Amber does a great job running the property. Highly recommend!
I've lived here for about 3 months - it has been great! Office staff is always helpful and maintenance is timely (and extremely nice as well!) I am the type to ask a million and one questions and they always are quick to respond and super friendly. Great location, love my unit, and I've met some great neighbors. Only positive things to say about this place!
