I had an appointment scheduled for December 17th 2025 and arrived at the agreed time. When I got there, I was told they wouldn’t be able to see my vehicle because other vehicles were prioritized after the weekend. There was no call or notice beforehand — I only found out after showing up. After that, the shop rescheduled me to Christmas Eve, but when I arrived, the shop was not open.
