Was transferring from another pediatrician expected to have to wait weeks to get in with 2 new patients, was surprised to say the least that I was offered an appointment later that afternoon. Ended up going the next day due to work schedules, saw Dr Delaney was overjoyed with her. Entire staff is wonderful very helpful and courteous. Dr Delaneyess able to direct us to get our son the help he needed vs requesting us back to the office every week with no end in sight. We love coming here! Having a sick room and a well room is such a plus and they do everything they can to get you in ASAP in an emergency or to work with your schedule!
We followed Dr Groebe and Dr Schafer from a different practice. I've been very happy with this office for my boys. Staff is always friendly, getting an appointment has never been an issue, and my calls have always been returned in a timely manner when I've left messages.
