I have been renting my apartment in East Rochester for the last 14 years but the last 5 years, It has been managed by Eastman property management and it has been a disaster last fall I went without heat for almost 6 months when it came out to pretend it fixed it wasn't the brain in the Furness was dead Or take their time their now written apartment of stairs from me after not doing any repairs on my apartment I would not recommend anyone a writ from these people nor would I recommend any owner using him as their property ma... read more
Questionable business with questionable business practices. Jesse is a flagrant liar and an underhanded shortcut taking maintenance person. Lindsey is a clear question mark like Kayleigh McEnany who defends at all costs. Buyer beware if you care anything about your property. It'll be like the walls of Jericho falling. Every dog has its day.
-5 Stars it's what they are rated stupid slumlords they don't deserve to be in business
Slumlord is the best way to describe them I repeat do not rent from them it's not worth it. Is not worth putting your kids in danger either
Jessie the head of Maintenance you send him a list of things I need to be fixed in your apartment but they never send out maintenance to fix the issues. Then they try to charge you for damages that you called have fixed in the first place again I rate them negative 5 stars Can you say slumlords
Lindsey I believe she's the manager this lady is very rude and very disrespectful I rate Eastman properties with negative 5 stars
They tried to charge me for something i didn't even do. Due to the fact maintenance never came out and fix any issues. But they try to charge me for damages I never did once again these are slumlords I wouldn't recommend them to anybody I rate them negative five stars
Living in their property for less than a year my children got lead poisoning four times and they refuse to fix the issues but wanted me to pay them do not rent from these people I rate them negative 5 stars
They are slumlords I wouldn't recommend anybody ready for them especially if you have children
