Had a surgery yesterday and I have to say the staff there is absolutely wonderful. We were treated very respectfully. I had a wonderful nurse and anesthesia doctor there, they LISTENED to me and my concerns/anxiety and worked with me to keep me calm and were absolutely wonderful. I don't want to have to go there in the future but if I do I am confident I will be in good hands!
No one answers the phone anytime of day, left multiple messages on voicemail, no call backs either. What’s the point of having a number if your workers don’t answer or return calls ?
