Really happy with the service. Alex arrived on time, was friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He removed the old unit and replaced it with a bigger system, and even mounted the outside unit on the wall instead of leaving it on the ground, which looks much better. He explained everything in a simple way and got it all sorted without any fuss. It’s been running great since. Would definitely call them again.
Great honest service. Excellent work ethic and communication! I would recommend however he didn't complete the job and stopped returning my calls and messages which put a dampener on things at the end sadly. Otherwise thumbs up 👍

Excellent work, good communication and reasonable prices. Alex and his team organised to work with an electrician to install ducted air-con. Professional approach and very happy with the work, thanks.
