We just had ducted air conditioning installed and couldn’t be happier. They’re a great company to deal with, Alex is super friendly and efficient along with his team. They treat your home with care and leave it really tidy. We also had two split systems removed. It was a seamless experience, I highly recommend them.
Really happy with the service. Alex arrived on time, was friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He removed the old unit and replaced it with a bigger system, and even mounted the outside unit on the wall instead of leaving it on the ground, which looks much better. He explained everything in a simple way and got it all sorted without any fuss. It’s been running great since. Would definitely call them again.
Great honest service. Excellent work ethic and communication! I would recommend however he didn't complete the job and stopped returning my calls and messages which put a dampener on things at the end sadly. Otherwise thumbs up 👍
