Pros: Convenient location with a pleasant surrounding environment. Cons: Noise issues, it gets very loud at night near the laundry room, and the apartment management does not take action. Parking is also difficult.
The laundry machines are so loud that I can’t get any sleep. People often start running them as early as 3am or 5 am, and despite bringing it up multiple times, nothing has changed. I really hope management can do something to improve this, because during those hours I’ve had to rely on sleeping pills just to rest, which is very disappointing.
Eastlake Flats is a great place to live! I am meeting so many nice people all around the area. And all the great sights here! There's the mini parks at Lake Union, the views from the rooftop, shopping in walking distance The manager is so helpful and friendly I've been here five years and I am glad I chose this place There is always something interesting happening! You gotta come and see!
Elevator has been out for 5 weeks now. My knees are bad and I can't go up and down the stairs easily. I have been confined to my tiny micro apartment. My mental health is suffering from lack of human interaction, my only company is my skid mark underwear since I also can't get to the laundry room, to wash my clothes. I have been rationing the last of my microwave popcorn and hot pockets because I can't carry groceries up the stairs either. The community here could benefit from better adherence to lease terms, and the sound insulation leaves much to be desired. It’s not uncommon for residents to use the laundry room late at night—sometimes as late as 2 or 3 AM—and as early as 7 AM, with the washing machines generating loud noise and floor vibrations. I've reported this issue to the management twice, but unfortunately, no actions have been taken.
