I have been an Eastwood customer for years but that has ended as of today. I have never needed to contact customer service until my last order. So I am assuming Eastwood is a good company with poor customer service. Not sure if I was shipped a used damaged unit or not but somehow it got all bent up in the crate. We use the powder coats from Eastwood and have had great success with them. Shipping is a little more than expensive, but we always take advantage of the free shipping when they email it out. By the way.... We're waiting for the next free shipping email so we can place another order.
Ordered powder a week ago ,everything was in stock and would ship same day .Called this morning to check on status of order .turns out they never processed the order .Its hard to give a customer a completion date on there parts when the supplier of material doesn't ship even though they billed my cc and collected there money .
