Just bought a tig200 digital, had some issues with the regulator, called customer service and they sent a new line and regulator out with no hassle.....absolutely amazing customer service and will recommend to EVERY person I know!!
they are a great work shop as well people like all there work as well as there adds on face book can not go pass them
Abysmal customer service, it’s like dealing with mail order companies from the shopping channel in the 1980’s. Also, 4 - 8 day paid shipping is outrageous in this day & age. Their YouTube videos are the companies only redeeming feature.
Awesome welder. Awesome customer service. I discovered a missing part about a year and a half after receiving my welder (only occasional use). I called and offered to purchase the part, but they just sent it to me. Customer service like that rarely exists today.
