I've had significant mobility issues related to the the leg/hip/back area for the past year. I've gone to several specialists but none were as effective as the comprehensive athletic massage here. I've returned to full mobility and strength and pain is now virtually gone thanks to both the massage and exercises Joseph provided. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a significant shift towards wellbeing and physical health to check it out!
Helpful massage and provision of exercises in-person and through video gradually reducing residual symptoms. I just read about strain-counterstrain technique and with better understanding applied to my shoulder it according to one of the videos he recorded. Very helpful. Recommended effective alternate treatment, as what I came in for has mostly resolved. Thanks much for the help.
