I lived @ Eastgate for 9 yrs. and loved living there. I moved to a different area of town due to job relocation and now want to move back...it is located in nice, quite residential area.
Its nothing fancy. But the rents arent too expensive. Parking is convenient, and they allow cats (no dogs) Well landscaped. Plenty of storage.On the con side: It is a lot older than most complexes, and doesnt seem to be in a hurry to update. The location has a little to be desired. Not near many shopping facilities and takes a while to drive to the beltline or a nearby expressway.
