Estuve media hora esperando en el teléfono qué me atendieran para hacer una cita dental, no regresaron allí me dejaron esperando, ellos creen qué uno tiene todo el tiempo del mundo, pésimo servicio tiene ahora, cuándo quieren contestan, cuándo noo, pues noo, ya les e llamado para hacer cita, no contestan, acaso es gratis qué la gente va??? 😡😡
I called to make an appointment for my child after a few days of having a fever and flu like symptoms, but the doctor refused to see her in person and said it would have to be a phone appointment instead. When I explained that she was sick and needed to be seen, the front desk staff told me that being “sick” and having a fever are different — and that they don’t see patients with a fever.
