Dr Stiefel did not listen to my years of complaining about pain and fatigue. After running basic blood tests that came back normal, she concluded I was fine. I ended up switching to a new provider, who immediately referred me to a rheumatologist and I was shortly diagnosed with an arthritic condition. I'm now on the road to finding the right treatment for me. I don't like to speak badly of others, so it took me years to write this review. Steer clear!
Terrible!! I called to inquire about becoming a new patient and the receptionist said they are not accepting new patients but to email them with my name, phone, DOB, Insurance, Why I am looking for a new primary care physician, and what my vaccination status is. First off, does it matter why I am seeking a new doctor?? This is a screening process they go through to pick and choose their patients which in my opinion is very unethical.
