I’m disappointed with how my experience was handled at Eastgate. I came prepared with all documentation, completed the credit application, clarified my down payment, and was fully transparent about my open loan and the Progressive settlement. The service was awesome. They are very helpful and caring people. I made my appointment with the cashier that has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Call them they are A-1 They really Care

I’ve been a loyal customer of Eastgate Dodge for years, bringing multiple cars here for service, but my most recent experience was a major disappointment. I specifically told them they could take their time on my vehicle however, I wasn’t expecting it to sit there for over 2 ½ weeks with no updates or communication. I was told a technician had been assigned, but the work was never even started. When I went in to finally pick up my car, it took over 30 minutes for staff to even locate it. I have only great things to say about this dealership. I worked with Alex and he got me set up in a nice red jeep wrangler. Super knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I came from out of state and everyone here made it super easy and we're some of the kindest people I've met! Great place and would highly recommend!!

I had a cruise control switch replaced on the steering wheel. As a result, several other functions no longer work. Dealership will not call me back over this issue!
