I’ve been a loyal customer of Eastgate Dodge for years, bringing multiple cars here for service, but my most recent experience was a major disappointment. I specifically told them they could take their time on my vehicle however, I wasn’t expecting it to sit there for over 2 ½ weeks with no updates or communication. I have only great things to say about this dealership. I worked with Alex and he got me set up in a nice red jeep wrangler. Super knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I came from out of state and everyone here made it super easy and we're some of the kindest people I've met! Great place and would highly recommend!!
I had a cruise control switch replaced on the steering wheel. As a result, several other functions no longer work. Dealership will not call me back over this issue!
Took all Dat to get a car other than that Great service
