We lived in Eastgate from Aug 2024 to 2025. At first everything was great. Then when new neighbors moved in and they smoked cigarettes and pot... Which is against the lease there was no consequences for them. Our health suffered. Migraines nausea not to mention the constant issue of having the munchies. Long story: when I first moved in I thought everything was fine until I started to notice that there was glue coming up from the kitchen floor. Reported it to the office and they offered to bring fans. Someone came over but nothing, it continued as we were told to buy goo gone. The problem constantly still occurred. I called corporate who informed them to put down a new floor. The new floor still did the same thing. I reported it and nothing was done. After waiting for a month I was told that they need access to my bank account to verify my payment history, I have years of paystubs and I work for a known company that builds and repair all type aircraft, commercial and military. I was told that this is the only way to verify my payment history is by giving access to my bank account. I’ve never been told this before. I’ve rented places for over 30 plus years.
