I have lived here for about 6 months now and fully intend to renew. The apartments are spacious and well-priced. There were some bug problems at the beginning (granted, myself and my roommate are both twenty-something and were not the best with food safety) and they responded quickly and effectively each time we encountered any kind of bugs. I'm thrilled to be a new tenant at Eastgate! The move-in process was a breeze, thanks to the amazing Miss Deborah, our leasing agent. She's incredibly helpful, caring, and truly went above and beyond to get me settled. With time running out to find a place, she swooped in and made it happen. I'm so grateful for her support and can't wait to make memories here. If you're looking for a home, I'd highly recommend Eastgate - it's more than just an apartment, it's where I've found a sense of belonging .
