After waiting for a month I was told that they need access to my bank account to verify my payment history, I have years of paystubs and I work for a known company that builds and repair all type aircraft, commercial and military. Unless you know for sure you’re getting approved, do not put a deposit down. This place keeps your $100 deposit on top of the $40 application fee. This is such a rip off. I’ve talked to previous tenants and they said they charge for everything. Not a good place to live. Be careful they will get you! I kept calling and they would never answer my call. I used a different phone number and they picked right up since they didn’t recognize the phone number.
Walked in at 4:35pm with my family for a quick tour and property manager was excited to show me around. Apartment looks really nice and spacious for the price and would definitely be applying.
Great property, great management.
