Spent about 10 hours at the dealership, originally came for a Chevy Malibu, left with a Chevy Sonic. Not necessarily mad, just wish the process was faster and more transparent

I had purchased an SUV last year and I spent over 2 grand on maintenance and repairs with me putting less than a 1000 Miles. It was very hard to believe that this vehicle could even pass Maryland inspection. This was my third vehicle and most likely my last vehicle from this dealership. I know there is nothing they can do now, but i don’t mind telling future customers what could happen.
