Who, in all of 2026, still receives referrals through fax? (ps, they dont check faxes until noon the next day) Referral for wife sent to evms on monday, appointment not confirmed until wednesday, and appointment on friday, doctor was 45 minutes late, for a 45 second conversation. If you have Dr Jerri Wallard, god be with you, because she won't be. Every person, on every phone call, was horrible to my wife. These people are less respectful than the average drive through worker.
Idk why the reviews are so terrible. I have had a good experience each time with my care team. I was skeptical at first due to the reviews and I’m happy I came to see for myself. Only one person on the team was not so personable(ultrasound tech) but she was not rude just doing her job but everyone even the front desk is kind, friendly, and polite.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I am truly shocked further investigation has not been done on EVMS. I have had insanely terrible experiences at both offices, majority at VB. Waiting hours for appointments, appointments rescheduled without knowing, showing up for appointments I’ve gotten reminders for and being told “ we don’t have you on the schedule” to lab samples being lost not once, not twice, but three times and providers acting like it is not a big deal. I sat in their waiting room for an hour and a half for the receptionist to call me back up to yhe counter and tell me that my doctor wasnt even there. I am currently 8 months pregnant with no vehicle and they told me i "should have received a voicemail this morning" when I honestly didn't even think they called because if you knew my dr wasnt there this morning before my appointment why fid i have to wait in the waiting room for an hour and a half for yall to finally tell me my dr wasnt there.
