Eastern Tech/Air Quality Experts is great! Our AC unit broke down right before July 4th and they were able to diagnose and fix our unit on that same day. He recommended that we would need to replace the AC unit and the furnace since it was already old. They were not trying to up-charge us in any way since we knew our AC unit and furnace was already old. They are great I have used them twice with AC problem last year and this year and both times they was very nice and got the problem fixed. Highly recommend them!
Great service with selection and installation of a new airconditioning system. Were very responsive, gave me an honest assessment and provided me with all the options that were ultimately priced 30 percent lower than McCrea's quote.
