We ordered a window replacement on 8 /3/22 and submitted a check in the amount of $836. We were told someone would call within the next two weeks to come by and measure the window. NO one has ever contacted us and I spoke with Joe one time when he said the guy who measures was out sick. After that I have called and emailed several times with no response. The final outcome should be a refund.

Business response:

Customer is correct in a perfect world after the 7 day cancellation period we are out to take a final measurement within the following week or two. Unfortunatley our measure tech had a health issue that has kept him away from measures. I was working with him in his attempts to get back to work the last few weeks rather than taking work away from him on top of his illness. Please forgive the delay.

**Poor Quality Work* Two workers came to my house on Tuesday to start the job. Two windows were to be closed off and two new ones put in, in a different location. The wrong windows were ordered (I've been waiting since February). The workers proceeded to close off the other two windows. On Tuesday they knew they needed 2x6 and indicated they did not have them. When they returned on Wednesday to complete the closed up windows, they still utilized 2x4. Not only did they use the wrong materials, they left the job completely unf... read more

Business response:

I am sorry that we did not live up to your expectaions. The contract specifically stated what was to be done and that is what the installers did. I am sorry that what was stated on contract was not your expectation. Including the color of the windows.

I purchased a slider for my balcony 3-4 years ago and have had nothing but trouble ever since. I presume the owner is Joe, since he is the only person I've had any conversations/emails/video's interactions. EVERY time the wind blows my floor raises with air bubbles and my doors whistle. I sent videos of the wind blowing paper, in the inside, and air coming from the bottom. Joe's excuse the first few times was "my floor raises too". No Joe, that's not normal. Finally, in the spring of 2019, two workers came and both said ther... read more

My husband and I put a down payment of $1,000-plus on a door in December 2020; it is now May 10, 2021, and we still don't have our door. We plan to pursue a refund via a small claim.

Business response:

Unfortunately Covid delays on materials are real . We have the product for the customer. They scheduled installation and had to reschedule due to family obligation. When we had to change install due to illness they then refused delivery. We will be happy to install their doors arnd make them a happy customer!
