Great product, price, set realistic expectations as to installation time. Doors and window look fantastic slide easily much better than we had. They were responsive to questions give us a heads up prior to installation both JOE and his staff were easy to work with great job. I recommend these guys wholeheartedly

Excellent all around experience. Joe reviewed in detail the options for our Slider replacement job to meet our needs of noise dampening and temperature retention. He made a commitment on expected Installation timing and delivered on time as agreed. The Installers, showed up on time, were very profession and completed a complex installation of 2 Slider all in one day. Completed thorough cleaning before leaving. Highly recommend Eastern Shore.

Joe was easy to work with and I was particularly pleased with the communications. I had to wait quite awhile to get my door from manufacturer. Joe is a straight up direct guy with years of experience. He replaced windows in my neighbors house a few years ago. the neighbor is satisficed. The installer left my house clean. I had 22 windows replaced, 3 needed adjustments. The installer returned and resolved things, no hassle. I expect I will hire Joe's company to replace the other 10 windows in the fall.

Nice job an 24 new casement windows. Work site left clean, windows look good, price was good. Trustworthy crew.
They replaced two sliders on my condo and an exterior door. Both gentlemen were very professional, were on time, did an excellent job cleaning up, took a few minutes to show me how the new sliders worked. I am the President of our condo association and have referred Eastern Shore to several other owners.
Great job on our ocean front sliding doors. Shane and Jessie did an installation in one day. Shane is the Michaelangelo of caulk.
