Joe was easy to work with and I was particularly pleased with the communications. I had to wait quite awhile to get my door from manufacturer. Joe is a straight up direct guy with years of experience. He replaced windows in my neighbors house a few years ago. the neighbor is satisficed. The installer left my house clean. I had 22 windows replaced, 3 needed adjustments. The installer returned and resolved things, no hassle. I expect I will hire Joe's company to replace the other 10 windows in the fall.

Nice job an 24 new casement windows. Work site left clean, windows look good, price was good. Trustworthy crew.
They replaced two sliders on my condo and an exterior door. Both gentlemen were very professional, were on time, did an excellent job cleaning up, took a few minutes to show me how the new sliders worked. I am the President of our condo association and have referred Eastern Shore to several other owners.
Great job on our ocean front sliding doors. Shane and Jessie did an installation in one day. Shane is the Michaelangelo of caulk.
Installed replacement sliding glass doors on balcony. Job went very smoothly. Installers were very professional and pleasant. Meticulous in attention to detail and quality. There were some delays in acquiring the product due to the usual supply chain issues, but the finished job is excellent and we're thoroughly satisfied.

We ordered an oversized storm door (97 inches length) and a sliding glass door (standard size) from Eastern Shore Window & Door in June 2022. Both were installed in December 2022. The installation delay was due to supply chain issues, as indicated by the owner and the installers. After an initial back and forth with the company, the owner finally heeded our advice that "news we might not want to hear is better than no news at all" and kept us fully up to date on the job's progress. I greatly appreciate your crew's expertise at installing our 14 new replacement windows on November 11, 2022. Please let your crew know how highly I feel about their professionalism and expertise on the job. I did a final walk around inspection and had some concern about my three front attached windows looking out of square.
