This past weekend we brought our vehicle in for new tires, alignment and transmission drain and fill. During the maintenance, they found a couple of other issues that needed to be addressed. We had an appointment and were in and out in just a couple of hours. Everyone there were very courteous and helpful - we even had lunch in their wonderful cafe (great burger and reuben). The price of the tires and service were less than what we expected to pay and the all around experience was fantastic.
Had to put down a non refundable deposit, had to wait for my 2026 Rav 4-( well worh it) financing was easy, Sidney was excellent, fast and efficient! Tim was really amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable with our vehicle! I would highly recommend this dealership! Overall it was a great experience.
JaQi was great. Was extremely helpful on a busy day while also tending to multiple clients.
Had a deal that I had to "sign" for and they agreed to the price (what's with the signature BS anyway?). Took hours to get to that point though and it is like they keep you around so you have time invested. Gave them the key to my trade then the manager came back and said "no deal" and the price would be the retail price. Said the salesman wasn't authorized to give us that lower price.
