I bought a 2026 New/Used Camry LE (In ocean gem) today, and my salesman Court did absolutely amazing, he helped me with everything i needed! Shetara was great, HOWEVER, we discovered that the aux battery was disconnected and missing from the Jeep we bought there. It completely kept our Jeep from starting at all. After several calls to service, they NEVER called us back. Sales was OK, service was TRASH.
The process for buying my truck was simple. My sales rep ( Matthew Springstead ) worked to get me into the truck I wanted! He was extremely knowledgeable about the truck, and was able to answer any and every question I had.
Had serious problems with older Prius. Great service and facility. Drake Ruehmkorf helped us tremendously!
Drake at Eastern Shore Toyota made our day and it was, by far, the best experience I have ever had buying a car. He hustles, works hard and is genuinely the nicest guy around. Although we live 4 hours away, we will be back to let Drake handle all of our needs. The only reason it is a 4 star is due to the finance department. I would give them a 1/2 star.
