I have been your patient for almost 22 years. Always a great experience except for today at checkout. I had to pay for a fluoride treatment. I have never had to pay anything at checkout before. I told her my insurance does pay for some of that procedure, she said they did not. Well, they do. I know my insurance doesn’t pay 100% for my dental, but they do pay most. I always pay my balance on time when due. Thank you

This was my first visit to Eastern Shore Dental Care. I felt like I had walked into a Westin Hotel. The decor is fabulous and the service impeccable and friendly. Dr Billings and Courtney were very interested in the reason for my visit and asked appropriate questions to determine my dental needs. I believe that I will be well taken care of by everyone on their team!
......so worth those long morning rides to Kent Island. Wish we had Dr. Billings and his employees, doing what they do, giving expert dental care here in Bethany Beach, De.
The lobby and appointment rooms were great as usual. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Look forward to another checkup in 6 months.
