Both the dental hygienist and dentist were very thorough and friendly. They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
Everything went well. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I didn't have to wait for my appt, they were on time. I was very comfortable during my procedure. Also, they were very accommodating to give me another appt time because of traffic problems.
I didn't have to wait long. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. The process was explained and my questions were answered. I was assured that if I had any problems, I should call.
Every visit I am reminded of how fortunate I am to be under the care of ESDC and particularly Laurie my hygienist and Dr Chris. I always like Laurie and I like Dr Murphy best when he doesn't find any problems. Today Laurie gave me a little extra CS with my electric toothbrush. See you in November.
All my cares addressed this morning. Staff was amazing to rise to the occasion of my emergency and offer me even more than I requested by doing my 6-month check and clean at the same time as addressing my most urgent need -- a temporary cap for a front tooth.
I was so nervous to come in as I have had some bad experiences with past Dentist,not this office,everyone was so kind and friendly,I look forward to coming in for my next appointment.Thank them all. Sincerley, Diana Smith
I went into this practice loving my prior dentist and not wanting to change. Alas his office is truly too far for me and I needed someone closer. Queue Dr Murphy. I was candid with him about me being nervous. He put me at ease as much as possible and let me know I was in control. He helped me through some sensitivity issues and was patient with the process. Definitely recommend.
The entire staff is both very friendly and professional. Facility is so clean and comfortable. I’ll be a patient for life!
Danielle was very nice and pleasant to work with. She communicates what will happen during the visit very well.
