RecommendedEastern Shore Coffee & Water is a great option for bottled water for citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kudos to the Kilgore family for opening their business to support the community during a time of need. Their prices are extremely reasonable, staff are friendly, and they will even load the water into your vehicle. Definitely recommend! You won’t be disappointed!
We have been a long time customer or ESC for coffee, coffee machines and our syrups. But today, we became a water customer! We have a very old house with lead pipes and are unable to drink our water. We also can not cook with our water or give our animals our water. So we called ESC today and they are fully stocked and brought our cases to our car and loaded them for us! AWESOME PRODUCT LOVE THE CONNIVENCE..... Very poor customer service... MANAGEMENT even WORSE!!! The driver is very very nice! Been long time customer of ESCW. UNPAID BILL that I was NOT AWARE OF because I thought it was automatically been taken out and it WAS POOR MANAGEMENT ON ESCW . Being turned in to collection office and I called to see why I was not getting water....1️⃣1️⃣6️⃣ wow 😯

Ever since they bought Denton, who was my original supplier, I have had nothing but issues with them. Denton was perfect. This company needs a lot of improving. They deliver when they feel like it, no set schedule. We have run out of water several times. They never call you back when you ask about delivery. They raise prices without telling the customer and overall cannot get their billing in order.
Thank you for helping me set up an Ice Coffee Program last minute for the summer time. Great product!!
