I have been calling for two days! The first time I called someone answered and said I have to get them my medrecs to review before an appointment is made from the hospital... did that and no call!! I have been calling for days now and no answer! I work in a large doctors office and there is no reason not to have phones ever answered and no voicemail to leave a message!! I can’t imagine people going here!!! It’s terrible!!
He cares for his patients. He is very professional and staff iwas outstanding with my medical needs.
Doctors are great. The receptionists / whom ever answers the phone seem to be over worked. All business. The people behind the desks make alot of mistakes. In 1 year I have had appointments scheduled incorrectly, wrong prescriptions called in, multiple billing mistakes and been lied to. It is worrysome to need to double check their staff when it is your health on the line. It is aggravating when they deny their mistakes.
