Walk in used this place and never received a bill. I though it was a fluke. Now it has happened a second time with my husband. How do I get access to my bill before you send it to collections?!?
Like everyone else - never once received a bill and have been sent to collections. This place needs legal action taken against them and I will not be dropping it.
Billed incorrectly as a work related injury. Intermountain didnt bill me as a work related injury. Multiple calls and waiting to talk to someone in a call center in India. Adamant that they billed reading my xray correctly as a work related injury so I have to spend more time calling my insurance.
Sends bill and then when paid with Billpay does not accept payment and reported me to a collection agency. Paid collection agency electronically and then a week later their collection agency texts me a letter about a balance. Wish I could avoid using them again.
