This company is HORRIBLE! I never received a bill from them but did receive one from CB 1 Collections 6 months after the date that my exray was read by them. When I called to ask why it had been sent to collections their reason was they did not have an address, email or phone number for me. They said they would take the account back and send it to my insurance. I called them and was told everything was fine they had been paid by insurance. THIS has to STOP. We need to start reporting the facility for fraudulent billing practices. I also received a bill from CB1 collections out of no where from a procedure I had over a year ago. Every single review on google is saying the same exact thing. I recommend reaching out to a director as well as calling your own insurance company and reporting fraud as it seems they want the full amount from people vs. the billable rate from insurance. They are a horrible company to work with their biling and billing practices. Out of nowhere received a collection call about a bill from 2024. I had never received a bill so I called them to get more info. Come to find out it was balance due after they billed Medicare. I questioned as I did not have Medicare nor have I ever had Medicare. So not sure how they could bill Medicare as my private insurance policy number is nothing like a Medicare. Confusing bill staments. No warning letter or call about a balance, that would have been paid promptly, and now a collections letter for a small amount. As a business owner myself i can tell you this is BAD, BAD business. In the future I will do all I can do to avoid using them and any healthcare facilities using them as well. Cant wait until they dont exist as a business anymore.
