to anyone concerned, this place seems to have the attitude that they are doing you a favor by taking your money, it usually takes a week r more and several phone calls for your pharmacy to get authorization for refills. They called my house this morning, when I called back I was told it was likely because they weren't going to authorize my refill since I didn't have an appt scheduled until Oct which was the earliest they could give me in July, but at any rate I waited on hold to speak to the person for over 15 mins and final... read more

The staff is very knowledgable about insurance and billing, and there is hardly any wait to be checked in. The office area is exceptionally clean, and the psychologist I see is excellent.

I am absolutely furious. I needed an appointment because I just moved to the area and needed to have my medication prescribed to a local pharmacy. I already had to wait several weeks for an appointment which, I knew, was typical, so I tried to just tough it out. But then, the office calls me the day of my appointment, one hour before, actually, and tells me the doctor can't come in and will have to reschedule. Did this psychologist listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! They always listen carefully to what I have to say! Did the waiting room furniture appear to be clean? Mostly Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really Was this psychologist late to your appointments? No, they were on time
