The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. BAUER WAS WONDERFUL! Very clean and professional. Explained everything in a way that I could understand him. Like the office staff- I also appreciated his friendliness too.
The doctor and the nurse that takes your vitals in the back are awesome. Totally worth 5 stars. BUT the ladies in the front who are the first impression of this place are horrible....no customer service at all. They are rude and are too busy talking to each other to talk to u the customer. And they do not keep to their appoinment times. If your appoinment is at 11, it's almost a definite that you'll wait at least 30-40 minutes before they call u. So because of the ladies in the front and the wait time....Minus 1 star.
