The absolute BEST doctors and staff for kids around! Without knowing what was happening, I took my youngest son (4 weeks old at the time) in during walk-in hours for him to be seen b/c he was not wanting to eat and acting some what lethargic and little did I know he had a heart condition called Supra-ventricular Tachycardia (SVT) The doctor who was seeing him that day, knew immediately that something was not right with his heart after she examined him and called in for back up. We love Eastern Pediatrics. We actually left our previous office and switched both of our children to this practice. I have never had a bad experience from the front door, to the clinical staff and to all of their wonderful providers. I love the fact there is no sharing of call, so every provider you speak to is only from my children's office. No waiting for pages from a call service, my calls at night go directly to my provider. We absolutely love Eastern Peds! All the doctors, nurses, staff are wonderful. Nothing but great things to say! It has made being a first time mom much easier :)
We absolutely love it here. They care seamlessly for my little one! She absolutely adores the providers here! The walk in appointment times are a life saver for "sick happens" days! I'm in healthcare, and it is rare for me to trust and respect all the providers in a practice, but I found that here. The billing ladies are patient and helpful as well.
