The apartment is severely poorly maintained. It is infested with rats and roaches, and the building is not secure, as it is often left open for anyone to enter. On several occasions, unfamiliar individuals have entered the building and loitered in the corridors, creating serious safety concerns. Definitely the worst apartment experience. They don't tell you anything you need to know about the apartment until you sign the lease. I don't think their goal is to actually rent apartments. I think they're really in the business of having you leave a deposits then keeping your deposit once you realize this isn't the right apartment to you. Staff is clearly undereducated yet underpaid which is a recipe for rude and unprofessional. There is an apartment building across the street, you're better off going there
