Definitely the worst apartment experience. They don't tell you anything you need to know about the apartment until you sign the lease. I don't think their goal is to actually rent apartments. I think they're really in the business of having you leave a deposits then keeping your deposit once you realize this isn't the right apartment to you. Staff is clearly undereducated yet underpaid which is a recipe for rude and unprofessional. There is an apartment building across the street, you're better off going there
