Excellent communications, friendly staff, informative care givers !
The front end for these folks was unsatisfactory. Every contact was frustrating. Call quality, content, attitude, all poor. We never got to the procedure. Too many red flags so I cancelled. EPEC receives a rare, but well earned, single star.
I will not ever use this facility again, or any Dr affiliated with this practice. They canceled a procedure I scheduled 2 months in advance 24.5 hours to my arrival time. I had submitted their intake and patient medical history paperwork over 4 weeks prior and they chose not to cancel me due to information in my history they had access to for well over a month. I took time off of work, scheduled a driver and physically started preparing myself per the instructions the last 4 days only to have them cancel. Inept, rude and unp... read more
