Dr Moritz is great.
Outstanding doctor, but shockingly incompetent and unprofessional front desk and billing staff. I was never informed that my insurance had lapsed, and when I called to address the issue, I was met with a raised voice and disrespectful tone. Patients should not rely on this office to manage insurance responsibly—verify everything yourself.
Need friendlier more empathetic people answering their phones
Very good place to take your kids to. Dr. Brownlee is a very nice guy and you know exactly everything that's going to happen.
